Need a hand?
Email horris@team.wemine.hk with your app version, device model and what happened. Do not include passwords, purchase receipts or sign-in links. You can choose whether to include a screenshot; check it for personal information first.
Shared kitchen
Sign in, open Shared kitchen, then create a kitchen with Plus or enter a member invitation code. Each account belongs to one shared kitchen, with up to six members. After scanning an item, choose Save to shared kitchen. Your personal kitchen remains separate.
Pending changes
If another member changes the kitchen before your edit syncs, your draft is kept on your device. Open Shared kitchen and review both versions before choosing which to keep. Do not uninstall the app while an unsynced draft is important to you.
Subscriptions
Use Manage Plus to restore purchases or open Apple subscription management. A manager’s Plus plan enables shared changes; members do not each need to pay. A change of manager does not transfer the previous manager’s Apple subscription. When Plus ends, the shared kitchen remains readable and exportable.
Dates
Always confirm the printed date after scanning. Record the opened date separately. Only enter an after-opening period from the package or one you choose yourself. BadBefore is a reminder tool and cannot determine whether food is safe to eat.
